Astro Displays Limited Product Warranty
Effective for orders placed on or after August 17, 2026
Astro Displays takes pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspects our risers before shipment. Because our risers are manufactured from 3D-printed thermoplastic materials, proper handling and storage are important to prevent heat-related deformation.
7-Day Inspection & Defect Reporting Period
Customers must inspect their order promptly after delivery.
Any claim involving warping, deformation, manufacturing defects, or damage believed to have been present at the time of delivery must be reported within 7 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.
To submit a claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the affected riser(s)
- Photos showing the affected riser(s) resting on a flat surface
- Photos of the complete set
- Photos of the shipping packaging when applicable
- Any additional information reasonably necessary for Astro Displays to evaluate the claim
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee replacement. Astro Displays will review the provided information to determine whether the issue appears to be the result of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or another cause.
Approved Defect Claims
If Astro Displays determines that a product has a covered manufacturing defect, Astro Displays may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product or affected risers.
A defect affecting only a portion of a set does not automatically qualify the entire set for replacement.
Approved warranty replacements will be provided at no additional product cost to the customer.
Warping & Heat Damage
Astro Displays products should not be exposed to excessive heat or stored in environments where temperatures may become elevated.
The Limited Product Warranty does not cover warping, bending, deformation, or other damage caused by conditions occurring after delivery, including but not limited to:
- Leaving products inside a vehicle
- Direct sunlight or prolonged sun exposure
- Storage in hot garages, sheds, trailers, or similar environments
- Placement near heaters, heating vents, or other heat sources
- Improper storage
- Excessive weight or pressure placed on the risers
- Improper handling, misuse, or accidental damage
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Failure to follow the care instructions provided by Astro Displays
Customers are responsible for following the care and storage instructions included with their order and provided on the Astro Displays website.
Claims Made After 7 Days
Warping or deformation reported more than 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery is not eligible for an automatic free replacement.
Because Astro Displays cannot verify the storage conditions, environmental exposure, or handling of a product after it has been in the customer's possession for an extended period, heat-related or storage-related deformation occurring after the inspection period is considered outside the standard warranty coverage unless Astro Displays determines that a manufacturing defect was responsible.
Astro Displays may, at its sole discretion, offer a courtesy discount or discounted replacement for products damaged outside of warranty coverage. Courtesy replacements or discounts are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Replacement Products
Replacement products are subject to the same care and handling requirements as the original product.
Customers should inspect replacement items immediately upon delivery and report any shipping damage or manufacturing defect within 7 calendar days of the replacement delivery date.
Care Instructions
Care instructions are included with every Astro Displays order and are also made available through our website and order communications.
Failure to follow these care instructions, including warnings regarding heat exposure and storage conditions, may result in damage that is not covered by this Limited Product Warranty.
This Limited Product Warranty does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
