Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at astrodisplays@gmail.com.  If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products (including custom text displays)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible), then place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
