Order Processing Time
All Astro Displays products are made to order, including custom and personalized items. Please allow 1–5 business days for production and order processing before shipment. Processing times may increase during high-volume periods or promotions.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has shipped and are provided by the carrier. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery times:

United States: 2–5 business days after shipment

International (if offered): 7–21 business days after shipment
Astro Displays is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Astro Displays is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows that a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Astro Displays is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at astrodisplays@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement if applicable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. Minor variations in color, texture, or surface finish are normal characteristics of 3D-printed items and are not considered defects.
Giveaways & Promotions
Shipping for giveaway or promotional items is provided at Astro Displays’ discretion. Astro Displays is not responsible for shipping delays, losses, or damages related to giveaway items.
